On the afternoon of December 6th, The Global Vice President of ORACLE GROUP, Mr.Ye Tianlu and his delegation visited the Industrial Park of HUAIHAI HOLDING GROUP. Lin Chao, vice president of HUAIHAI HOLDING GROUP, Xing Hongyan,director of HUAIHAI HOLDING GROUP & general manager of HUAIHAI GLOBAL and other leaders warmly received the guests.  In the Conference Room on the 5th floor of the Science&Technology Office building of the Industrial Park, the two sides had an in-depth discussion on strenthen bilateral cooperation and jointly building HUAIHAI GLOBAL industry/finance integrated digital information platform.

ORACLE will combine advanced information technology and the international business requirements of HUAIHAI to create a full-process information cloud platform based on ORACLE NetSuite system for HUAIHAI GLOBAL.

After the discussion, the leaders of the two sides unveiled the mini taxi “OH!” jointly named by HUAIHAI HOLDING GROUP and ORACLE GROUP. The “OH!” was modeled  on and comprehensively upgraded from the HUAIHAI’s classic export passenger vehicle J3A . The two letters of “OH!” were respectively taken from “ORACLE” and “HUAIHAI”.  The birth of “OH!” also represents the formal establishment of strategic cooperation between the two companies. In the future, through the implementation of strategic cooperation, both sides will make full use of their respective advantages and resources to unlock the new era of ERP cloud, to help mini vehicles go overseas, and promote the deep integration of the  internationalization, industrialization and informatization jointly.
