Recently, HuaiHaiGlobal has completed the first-phase construction of the production line in Venezuela and put it into operation. This is not only the first localized factory deployed by HuaiHaiGlobal in South America, but also Venezuela ‘s first two-wheeled electric vehicle manufacturing base led by China.

The commissioning of this production line will promote the integration of local production and sales, fill the vacancy in the local market, and further develop the global supply chain layout of HuaiHai products.

In recent years, by actively deploying overseas strategical projects, HuaiHaiGlobal has made impressive progress in overseas platform construction, key market layout, and technical talent management, etc. which has promoted the localization process of HuaiHai to a new level.

HuaiHaiGlobal, as the most successful enterprise of mini-vehicle industry in realizing localization strategies, now has more than 300 outlets and 3 overseas production bases around the world, and has exported its products to 105 countries and regions.

Even when facing the covid-19 pandemic, HuaiHaiGlobal still unswervingly promotes localization factory projects in Pakistan, Tanzania, Venezuela and other countries, achieving business sinking and key breakthroughs:

In 2019, HuaiHaiGlobal’s overseas full-process production base was completed in Pakistan and put into operation, with a construction area of 20,000 square meters, the annual vehicle output can exceed 30,000 units;

A year later, HuaiHaiGlobal reached a preliminary agreement with the Tanzanian government, the localization project was officially launched, and the first phase of the project was formally put into operation;

This year, the production line of HuaiHaiGlobal in Venezuela is completed and put into production, and HuaiHai has become the first Chinese two-wheeled electric vehicle manufacturer in Venezuela.

After the overseas bases have reached a certain scale, it can use the market advantages of HuaiHaiGlobal overseas branches and offices to radiate to the surrounding markets, and promote regional cooperation to achieve the goal of transnational operation.

While continuously developing overseas construction territory, HuaiHai has also brought advanced manufacturing technology and managing experience to the world. In the initial stage of construction of the oversea manufacturing bases, HuaiHaiGlobal sent capable technicians and managers to the local area for guidance and training. From planning the construction to putting into production, from equipment testing, personnel training to production control, elites cultivated by HuaiHai is becoming a vital force for the development of the world’s mini-vehicle industry.

The construction of overseas production bases can improve the local mini-vehicle manufacturing technology, and at the same time, promote local economic development by creating employment opportunities for the local people. For example, when the manufacturing base was established in Pakistan, it created jobs for hundreds of local people, and witnessed the profound friendship between China and Pakistan with “finely manufactured” mini-vehicles, which comprehensively enhances HuaiHai’s influence in the local market.

In the NPC and CPPCC this year, “enhancing the core competitiveness of manufacturing” was written into the government work report. Building overseas production bases and forming global production layout is not only the responsibility of Huaihai to “become the leading enterprise of the global mini-vehicle industry”, but also the biggest challenge of enhancing the core competitiveness of Chinese manufacturing industry.  In 2022, Huaihai Global plans to establish 6 overseas warehouses, deeply participate in the global value chain, and provide convenient travel solutions for overseas people with high-quality products and services!
